Loomis “Etudes” Project (with a little help from my friends)

This project came about mainly as a way to develop my studio and recording chops. (Etudes = studies) The idea was to record a number of favorite tunes from different genres – to exercise what skills I had accumulated over the years – and hopefully to learn something new as well. Kudos to all my musical friends who helped me realize these recordings.

All instruments and other noises by M. Loomis except where noted. Mostly recorded at Big Dipper Studio 2014-2020. Vocals on “Wrapped” were recorded remotely during the pandemic (2021).
