In 2014, I was living in Auburn, CA and looking for a new gig – perhaps as a bass player this time around. Inquiring at the downtown music store, owner Larry Gosch said that maybe I could join his band. He mentioned the name of his singer and frontman – Jerry Woods. Small world! I already knew Jerry from my Tahoe days (he would occasionally sit in with the Warren Jay Band) and, yes, let’s try it!
I believe we only played two gigs before things fell apart – as bands sometimes do. Fun while it lasted, though. Note: this account is only for my time in the band. I believe the Incredible Torpedoes had a history long before I joined.
