Tape was rolling during a couple of performances of the Baddog Blues Band at Howard’s Club H in Bowling Green, Ohio back in the summer of 1974. The lineup was Walter Salwitz on drums and vocal, Rob Polomsky on bass and vocal, Randy Rattray and myself on guitars, and with special guest Bruce “Zam” Zamcheck sitting in on harp and vocal. I think the recording really captures what we were trying to accomplish musically during that period, and it may just transport you back in time a little bit.
